About an order

Include your transaction number when you write. It's how we find your order quickly and saves a round of back and forth.

Need to change something? Reach out as soon as you can. Changes are not possible once a package has shipped, and they may carry a fee.

Bulk, wholesale, and custom labels

We produce lip balm and gift favors in runs of 12 to 600 for med spas, salons, and event planners, with custom labels available.

1. Order a sample first, so you know exactly what you're getting.
2. Send your logo or personalization details by Etsy message or email. PNG, JPG, and PDF work best.
3. We confirm the label design with you before production starts.
4. Once approved, your order goes into production.

If we don't hear back on a label design within three days, the order is cancelled rather than left unfinished. Bulk, wholesale, private label, and custom orders are final sale.

Ingredients and allergens

Every product's full ingredient list appears on its Etsy product page, written out by INCI name. Our ingredients page covers how everything is made and what we use.
